How can this be? Gathering some of America's finest Cabernets like Spottswoode, Leonetti, Robert Mondavi Reserve, Heitz Martha's Vineyard, Diamond Creek, Hall Wines, Merryvale and nearly 200 others and snagging a dozen of America's most experienced tasters and adding a handful more to join me in this marathon event! We did and we even outlasted the wines. This was an incredible event in which all of the assembled tasters got just that much better in the development of their own understandng of this important catagory amongst the world's most important wines.

One of the tastiest, creamiest cheeses around, I first tried this in Paris and found it to be delectable and unforgettable.
